We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our quality assurance activities. This role is focused on establishing, documenting, and auditing the internal processes and quality standards that govern our engineering and operations excellence.
Your mission and core responsibilities
You will be the internal champion of quality, responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the policies and procedures that ensure TotalCloud consistently operates at the highest level of reliability and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Policy & procedure implementation: Develop, prepare, and rigorously implement Quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards across engineering, DevOps, and service delivery teams.
- Auditing & compliance: Conduct routine internal audits and quality inspections to verify adherence to established policies, industry standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Issue resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve workflow and process bottlenecks or production issues that compromise quality and efficiency.
- Documentation & reporting: Meticulously document all quality assurance activities, create comprehensive audit reports, and develop training materials/operating manuals for process adherence.
- Continuous improvement: Actively make and champion data-driven recommendations for process improvements to enhance overall service delivery and quality efficiency.
- Communication: Clearly address, discuss, and present complex quality issues and proposed solutions to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Required qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in Quality Assurance, Process Management, Internal Auditing, or a similar field within a technology/software environment.
- QA concepts: Strong working knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and concepts (e.g., Root Cause Analysis, Corrective and Preventive Actions - CAPA).
- Regulatory knowledge: Solid understanding of relevant regulatory or industry standards (e.g., ISO, ITIL, or specific cloud compliance frameworks) is highly desirable.
- Analytical skills: Excellent data collection and analysis skills for compiling audit results and identifying actionable insights.
- Detail orientation: Exceptional attention to detail and unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documentation, training, and executive reporting.
Experience that sets you apart:
- Certification: Certification in Quality Assurance(e.g., ASQ certified quality auditor/engineer, Lean Six Sigma) is a significant plus.
- Tech environment: Experience with QA activities within a DevOps/Agile or cloud operations environment.
- Documentation tools: Familiarity with modern collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).
